Refund policy
823 does not offer refunds on products if you change your mind. We only offer a refund where a manufacturing fault is present. Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying 823 within 5 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. Items to be returned must be in perfect, original condition. 823 must receive the returned item within 10 days of Return Authorisation. Do not send any returns to 823 prior to speaking to a Customer Service staff by phone or email. You must be issued a Return Authorisation Number prior to sending any goods. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping to both 823, and back to your postage address. We strongly recommend using Registered Post as 823 will not be responsible for any items.
All sales on sale items are final we don't accept returns or exchange on sale items.

823 will endeavour to ensure that the web site does not have any problems and that goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. Warranty will be dealt with on a case by case basis. As a general rule, all products are covered with a 30-day warranty for any manufacturing faults, which covers any component or structure of the item being faulty, or not as described. Pictures will be required prior to any Return Authorisation can be issued.823 will not be responsible for any faults or damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at shop@always823.com. Orders can only be canceled if 823 is contact prior to shipping. Thereafter, customers must follow the Returns policy.Fraud Protection
Once an order has been placed, we reserve the right to request from the customer an email of a scan or photo of a government-issued photo ID or a utility bill (Phone, Electricity, Gas etc) and the front and back of your credit card in order to confirm the payment method and shipping address to be legitimate to the person placing the order. Failed Delivery
823 takes no responsibility for delivery issues that arise as a result of customer error. These include incorrect postage addresses, multiple failed delivery attempts by the postage service or a failure to collect a package held by customs or the local post office in the allocated time. In these cases, a second delivery cost will be issued to the customer once the item has been returned to sender.International Customs Duties
